Dr. James Ellis
Dr. Ellis is a highly skilled board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, with experience ranging from the chief resident and a faculty member at the OSU Dental School to the team Maxillofacial Surgeon for the Columbus Blue Jackets from 2003-2012. He has a personal interest and specialization in dental implant surgery and hard and soft tissue grafting, where he implements innovative 3D imaging and guided surgical technology into every treatment.
Dr. Erik Evans
Dr. Evans is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with experience as a lecturer, faculty member, and a leader in the specialty on a local, state, and national level. He joined Ellis and Evans Oral Surgery after over ten years as an educator to surgeons in training. He enjoys practicing a wide scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, focusing on orthognathic and facial aesthetic surgery

Jaw Surgery
Live a comfortable life with a jaw that functions properly. Jaw (orthognathic) surgery corrects misalignment of the jaws due to different growth rates, birth defects, or injury. Dr. Erik Evans, our board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, is extensively trained in dentofacial surgery and specializes in correcting irregularities of the jaw. Treatment can resolve TMJ disorder, sleep apnea, and issues with eating, swallowing, and breathing. Though functional, our jaw surgery is prosthetically driven, resulting in a more balanced and attractive face.
